Cultivado en el corazón de la selva costarricense, nuestro cacao se cultiva en armonía con los paisajes más puros de la naturaleza.

Quantum Cacao, ubicado en el exuberante paraíso apartado de la red eléctrica de la finca de chocolate San Vito, cobra vida en el corazón de los bosques vírgenes de Costa Rica. En 67 acres de tierra prístina, nuestro cacao prospera en un suelo rico, nutrido por manantiales naturales y sombreado por árboles antiguos e imponentes. Esto no es solo una finca, es un ecosistema donde los árboles de cacao tradicionales, las frutas tropicales y la vida silvestre prosperan juntos. Cultivado con cuidado y respeto por la tierra, nuestro cacao captura la belleza salvaje de la jungla, brindando una experiencia de chocolate como ninguna otra.

Estamos orgullosos de ofrecerle lo mejor. Nuestro cacao proviene exclusivamente de la granja de chocolate San Vito, donde 19 acres de árboles de cacao maduros producen hasta 13,000 libras de granos de calidad tradicional cada año. Nuestros granos, certificados por el Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund, son conocidos por su calidad excepcional y sabores ricos y complejos: notas de frutas, chocolate intenso y matices terrosos. Cada barra que elaboramos refleja nuestro compromiso de preservar la herencia del cacao y honrar la tierra.

Para Giovanni, la granja de chocolate San Vito es más que un trabajo: es una forma de vida. Nacido y criado a pocos kilómetros de allí, Giovanni creció al ritmo de la granja y, durante más de 40 años, ha estado en el centro de todo. Cuida con esmero las 19 hectáreas de árboles de cacao maduros y la rica diversidad del bosque, utilizando métodos agrícolas tradicionales y sostenibles transmitidos de generación en generación. Con un profundo respeto por la tierra, la dedicación de Giovanni garantiza que el cacao Quantum se elabore con el máximo cuidado, desde la granja hasta la barra de chocolate.

The Quantum sanctuary is a 67-acre off-grid farm in San Vito, Costa Rica. The farm produces up to 6,000 kilos of heirloom quality cacao beans annually. The land features tropical fruits and coconut palms. It includes 8 acres of primary forest and a bamboo plantation. The farm is solar-powered and has two natural springs. The property includes a cacao processing facility, yoga studio, wood cabin, and original farmhouse that features 43 acres of pasture. We focus on heirloom quality, sustainable practices, & regenerative agriculture.
